Starting with 8mm tape and progressing to 4k and 8k digital sensors, I bring more than 10 years of experience to the industry of storytelling. I have welcomed the challenge to learn, understand, and master the mediums of cinema, embracing new technology while respecting the old guard of production that laid the footwork for today’s standards. I have helped produce four documentaries at the largest actions ports conglomerate the world has known, Transworld Media. I also sold DVDS internationally to distributors Japan, Australia, France, Germany, Canada, and the United States. Following these productions and sales, I coordinated a west coast tour of Powder Magazine’s The Great Siberian Traverse(2015), holding premieres in Washington, Canada, Montana, Utah, Colorado, Nevada and California. As an editor, I helped design and elevate brand stories for Wilson, Baden, Qalo, Monster Energy, Pupsocks, Lumecube, Born Primitive and Hylete. During and beyond this time, I shot and edited short stories to support women in filmmaking (WOMAS) and have taken every opportunity to help grow the online reach of local businesses within the San Diego area. After working various positions in the industry, my goal now is to transition my responsibilities and direct independent films in San Diego and to accompany my grandfather at a theatre where he can watch a film his grandson directed.
